How to Use

Based on Alpha Mindlink materials. 1. Introduce the Alpha Mindlink practice: structured relaxation and mental rehearsal. 2. Participants relax physically and enter a calm, focused mental state. 3. Visualise a specific goal, challenge, or conversation as if it has already gone well. 4. Hold the image and feeling for 2-3 minutes. 5. Return to full alertness and notice what insights emerged. 6. Use regularly as a performance preparation tool.
