Diagnose and shift organisational culture
How to Use
1. Administer an organisational culture diagnostic (Diagnosing Organisational Culture tool in the folder, or Barrett CTT). 2. Identify the current culture type using Schein's three levels: Artefacts (visible), Espoused Values (stated), Underlying Assumptions (unconscious). 3. Map where current culture creates or destroys value. 4. Define the desired culture with leadership. 5. Identify the gap. 6. Design culture change interventions targeting artefacts and leadership behaviours first.
